Very unethically ran from the top. No real management structure. No employee focus (training, engagement, etc) A very unsupportive and negative work environment. No consistency on work/life balance for employees across the board, some get preferential treatment. Certain people operate 24/7 within the business and this is expected of other people which isn't fair on them.
