Pros
Good office locations. Some capable and enjoyable colleagues to work with.
Cons
What was once a growing and attractive company has become stagnant, lacking innovation, direction, and stability. Products are struggling to remain relevant and competitive. Much of the senior leadership has been in place for 15+ years and appears disconnected from market realities, customer needs, and the company‘s real challenges. Constant restructuring has done little to address the company’s underlying problems. There are too many middle managers who focus on preserving their positions rather than adding real value. This creates a political and toxic work environment. Talented and driven employees are often the ones who choose to leave the company, while mediocrity is tolerated.
