Pros
Provided training materials and opportunities to attend conferences. Summer and Christmas parties were enjoyable. Some good people to work with, that have great ideas.
Cons
Upper Management appeared to struggle with valuing the role that some departments play at the company, and seemed to value sales members far more than others that also contribute to the economic standing of the company. Lower than average salary. Not particularly flexible work life balance, rather stuffy corporate atmosphere.
