great work life balance and depending on your team, there's a wide range of research projects that challenges you to dive deeper into the industry and work with different types of clients.
Cons
Once you can the hang of the research cycle and how things operate, things stagnate and become repetitive and it gets harder and takes longer to get promoted. The research methodology is also an issue and management has to update it. Lack of drive on the research industry side from middle-management upwards bleeds into the morale of the worker bees.
