Pros
Interesting projects to work on and the company allows people to work autonomously, so no micro-management. Decent pay, pay rises with inflation. I like that the company operates as a private entity without shareholders who can influence the firm's strategic direction.
Cons
Could do with investing more in IT and improving and face of its blog. Some IT systems and databases are way to old and archaic.
