Pros
The money isn't bad. The benefits seemed to be decent- I never found out, though. The rank and file are pretty much ok people.
Cons
The manager of my department was a do as I say not as I do type of guy, with no clue what our job was much less his own. Spent his time watching video of all three shifts to find out who was doing what wrong. He also made mountains out of molehills.
