As a new hire, I'm impressed with their strong management team who are all committed to growing the company and making improvements. The onboarding process was comprehensive and well planned, and was a very helpful way to get up to speed. The people are great to work with, from the front office and leadership team, to the factory staff, all very supportive and friendly. Employees work hard and there's lots of opportunity to share their ideas and to get involved to meet the goals of the company.
