      Modern Tech stack, fantastic co-workers, noble mission, you can clearly see the value of your own work and how it has an impact on society, Great Campus location in the middle of Nature. Great Opportunity to make an impact while learning from others.

      Cons

      Some teams have the tendency to work in silos, and others are too independent, this creates a bit of organic growth that in the long term could create division of intents.

      You have opportunities to work with top talents in the field of bioinformatics.

      Cons

      Be aware of the "nine year rule" - people have to move on from EBI after serving there for 9 years. This is really good and bad.

      One of the best places to work on cutting edge computational biology research. Great diversity and culture.

      Cons

      A little bit isolated from the nearest city, Cambridge, but not much of a problem since they have a shuttle that runs very smoothly every day.
