There are very few pros to working here.

Staff fired without reason. Staff at breaking point. Unreasonable workload. No management. CEO regularly lies to staff and stakeholders. Toxic toxic toxic to its very core.

It's fast paced, stuff happens, projects are executed - you will be part of the front line of getting projects in the ground

Bullying is standard - I have never been yelled at this much in my adult life. There are few guardrails, and a few powerful people create a very toxic work environment for a lot of the lower tier employees.
