Manque de clarté sur ce qui nous attend, en réalité le projet est loin d'être mâture et réussir à faire les objectifs peut prendre beaucoup de temps. Vous ne travaillerez peut-être pas pour une entreprise en particulier mais soit un groupe de 50 entreprises soit un client spécifique ce qui fait que les objectifs qui sont les mêmes pour tous ne sont pas justes La rémunération est un peu juste pour le marché barcelonais

International environment with some genuinely kind colleagues Great location in Barcelona RevOps teams are skilled and dedicated, they do their best despite unclear and contradictory internal directives on their missions. Real professionals who deserve better direction Remarcable solidarity among SDRs: everyone knows the conditions are more than tough, which paradoxically creates a strong human bond. Real team spirit across all departments. Genuine warmth and camaraderie between SDR’s & RevOps

Cons

Disorganised management: 1to1s constantly cancelled, zero meaningful follow-up Inadequate and poor-quality work tools, widely acknowledged internally, yet no decision ever made to fix it Por lead generation: leads assigned late, irrelevant, with no strategic consistency Training practically non-existent Tóxica performance culture: brutal and rushed HR procedures used as a pressure tool rather than a development one Complete lack of internal transparency on key decisions SDRs know from day one this is a stopover, not a career. Not by lack of will, it’s structural. Catastrophic turnover: ~85% within the first 6 months. I personally crossed paths with 38 different people in the same role. That says it all.
