less salary, focus is not on engineering but on physics, very good place for a physicist.

Pros
I did the summer intern in this company. The working environment is good. Where I worded is next to DESY site. Luckily I worked with nice colleagues and supervisor.
Cons
Because the company is just start up, you can not get quick responds when you meet some problems sometime. And Hamburg is so cold in winter
