Good team with some progression within the business. Realistic targets and expectations. Good support structure for your personal needs, very understanding.
Cons
Salary I feel does not reflect the work load you are given. The bonus structure is hard to navigate how much could potentially earn. Office environment sometimes felt very awkward between teams along with high staff turnover.
