10 days off per month, no less no more. Summer time flying is super hectic. Long days with mostly 4 legs. Pay gets decent after about 12 years of service given the expensive cities the company operates out of.

Toxic work environment, childish behaviour from coworkers, management was incompetent. I actually contacted a lawyer about the workplace environment and he suggested I sue but I decided not to proceed.
