Pros
I had colleagues from all over the world, and a stable salary exceeding in many cases the competition. French work law and a very generous bonus, leave and benefit package. I had the possibility to implement my own working tools, and was given on the job training and working trips whenever I required.
Cons
In this southern Europe management style company making right "friends" (someone that you know and can be useful for introducing you to the important or powerful people) are capital. Personal merits and skills are secondary and will not help your career movements.
