The pay was horrible. They offered me what I was making back in 2001 in 2010. The growth potential was horrible. Accepting the position I was in graduate school, once I finish graduate school with my MBA, I was asking for more money. They denied me. I asked for a promotion. They denied me. I wanted to become a branch Manager they said I would have to work my way through the chains of Assistant manager for a year or two and than apply for a branch manager position. Stayed with the company for 11 months. Worst eleven months ever of my life working in ther branches.
