Have been working here since before the pandemic, company tries to do what they say. Honestly trust the Managing Partners to do the right thing for the people within the company. Do they get things wrong, yes, they all do doesn't matter the organization you are with. The difference here is they actively want to know when they miss the mark and how the organization can improve.
Cons
Need to look at some of the benefits that are offered, matching 401ks or student loan repayment (once that gets figured out) would be beneficial.

Smaller firm with amazing staff - it's always a treat to have an "Evans person" on staff!
excellent company culture and really makes an effort to be transparent about most business decisions. Great owners as well, very approachable leadership.
Cons
Slow growth and pay is not what I would consider competitive at a more junior level at least.
