Pros

I joined Even five months ago as my first job, with a few preconceived ideas about corporate life. However, my experience has been smooth and positive from the start. From the well-structured interview process to onboarding, training, and transitioning into real work, everything felt seamless and well-supported. A big part of this journey has been the people whom I met along- the HR, my team lead and trainers who guided and encouraged me at every step. Being part of a supportive team today has made this a continuous learning experience. I’m truly grateful that my first corporate experience has been so positive and I look forward to growing and upskilling further.

Cons

While I was aware that there would be only one weekly off (Sunday), I didn’t think much of it initially. Over time, I do feel that having Saturday off as well would have helped with better work-life balance.

Pros

The organization provides a strong platform for continuous learning and professional growth. I joined as a Business Development Associate after completing my MBA, and over time, I have grown into a role where I now handle a team, along with their revenue and training responsibilities. From day one, there are ample opportunities to develop core skills, especially in sales, communication, and customer handling. The work environment is dynamic and encourages individuals to take initiative and step into leadership roles. Regular training sessions and real-time feedback help in improving performance consistently. Additionally, the team culture is supportive, and managers are approachable, which makes it easier to learn, adapt, and grow within the organization. Overall, it’s a great place for anyone looking to build confidence and progress from a learner to a leader.

Cons

The only real challenge here might not be the targets, but resisting the endless supply of snacks. The company does a great job at keeping everyone well-fed—so much so that staying fit can become your personal KPI. If you’re not careful, you might end up gaining more than just skills during your journey here.
