Pros

Great company. Enjoy working here very much. Everyone, from the staff to other fellow drivers, I can't say anything but positive. Great pay, awesome Dispatchers, and a reliable road service team. Glad to be working here.

Cons

So far, I cannot think of any.

Pros

The recruiting department makes you feel like this could be a career and not just a job.

Cons

EVERYTHING ELSE! I've been with them for less than three weeks and broken down for five days. Had to drive an hour (in traffic) with my power steering out. The night before the T Clamp broke and all the coolant spilled out. The dispatchers do NOT communicate with each other. My first load after recovering the truck I drove 3hr for nothing. The load was already gone, they didn't update my dispatcher (three or more call ALL-TIMES of night and morning). After waiting over four hours in the yard after the truck was "fixed". The fuel cards are turned off and you have to call to get them to turn them on. I recovered a load for them (the other driver couldn't back into a stop) and was made to sit for the weekend. I'm SURE that I won't get paid for the time. Finally got empty. Explained that the EZPass was missing (in Ohio the driver is responsible for the cost), my driver side window won't roll up without me using both hand and my seat randomly with fall back (when I'm driving). They said that wasn't an issue and that I can't return to the yard until I make more money. I don't expect to get paid for the days that THEIR death trap (aka truck) was broken down (again two and a half days was AFTER it was in the shop at the yard). And I've been sitting for almost two hours after dropping the last of the load that I recovered. How can we as drivers make money sitting??
