Pros
You can get away with a lot because personal accountability & professional responsibility are a joke there. There are a total of 4 employees that actually put an appropriate amount of effort into their work, and behave in a manner acceptable for a place of business (the accountant, sales manager, one sales person, marketing director). Kitchen & linen staff are good but not treated well.
Cons
Employees are not professional. Warehouse is unorganized. Promises made by sales staff are unfulfilled, because they don't have accurate knowledge of what products they do & don't have, or what quantities. Don't expect to be paid well, and no insurance plans. None of the delivery/dock staff behave or work professionally- most have been to jail at one time or another and it shows.
