This is a bootstrapped, founder lead SaaS company. It is a small, robust team comprising of many newer employees coupled with a few key long term employees. This is a remote position. Good benefits, vacation time and even bonus Fridays off in July to allow for 3 long weekends that month!
Cons
You pay 50% of the healthcare premium which can be $600-$700 per year for just 1 person. No RRSP or pension matching. Lower base salary than what you could earn elsewhere within the industry. No allowance for home office supplies or expenses.
