It is very hard getting paid. A lot of people who currently work or who have worked for EPS will agree. You have to wait for weeks/months for a cheque to arrive by mail. We give 100% of ourselves then have to wait for weeks to see the money we are owed.
Extremely frustrating, but even more frustrating is management's radio silence (ie your job is done, they could not care less), the lack of replies when asked about pay.
We are told not to speak to the clients about pay - because they know perhaps no client would agree to such treatment.
How about higher management, office staff, the CEO? Are they paid every few weeks or months? Top, middle and bottom we are ONE family at EPS and we should be treated the same, with dignity, when it comes to pay.
If the CEO was treated the same, and paid every few weeks (it's never really specified when you should expect your pay), how would she feel? Would she accept this silently?
EPS employees, EPS clients, are you reading this? Something needs to be done - this is a major issue.
