      interesting tasks, you get to work on events from every aspect, from beginning to end, self-taught

      Cons

      Very poor management culture with excessive micromanagement and little sense of teamwork. The pay is far below industry standards, and the freelancer contract comes with full-time employee expectations, creating an unfair workload balance. There are no real perks or growth opportunities, and the constant pressure from management makes it a challenging and unsupportive environment to work in.

      Flexibility used to be one..

      Cons

      I would not recommend working for this company. The environment is highly micromanaged, poorly structured, and driven by a “produce, produce, produce” startup mentality with zero real strategy. Pay is low for the workload and for market standards and employees are squeezed for maximum output with little regard for sustainability. Management lacks experience and frequently reverts decisions, creating constant uncertainty and a messy, unstable work environment.
