EventsAir has taken strides to continue to improve employee happiness, work-life balance, open lines of communication and transparency within the company. I feel like I can reach out to any of the company C-suites, something that is not common in larger companies. The people who work here are also all wonderful, and all work together towards a unified goal.

As we continue to scale up, we experience some teething issues, related to lack of staff in certain parts of the globe.

The company treats employees well and fosters a positive work environment. The team is supportive, collaborative, and enjoyable to work with. Leadership is approachable, and work-life balance is generally respected.

Career advancement opportunities are limited, with few clear paths for promotion or professional growth. Employees looking to progress into higher-level roles may find advancement challenging over time.
