Pros

"Flexibility", I love working with my patients and facility staff

Cons

Not salaried, only paying providers according to RVU's and labeling it as Value-Based Care is a scam. For profit healthcare organization that only cares about the money. Force providers to see as many patients as possible, but pay them very little (below national average). They hire new grads, pay them minimally, and expect a lot. Call the job "flexible" but you will work all day and chart all night, poor work-life balance, substandard communication, poor employee morale, awful benefits package, zero advancement opportunities.

Thank you for your feedback about your work with Eventus. We would love to discuss the difference in how our RVU compensation model works and how Value Based Care functions, as these are tied but are not the same. RCLs are a fantastic resource for this topic as well as opportunities for advancement, which are possible at Eventus and we're looking at new leadership opportunities regularly for those who are looking to advance their careers here. As someone who has been with us for a number of years your feedback is valuable and we hope that you will reach out to either your RCL, HR, or the CMO to express your thoughts more fully. Thank you for your commitment to our team!

Pros

flexible schedule, gas card, insurance, patients are endearing to work with, very rewarding work

Cons

The facility assignments were not consistent in volume, making it difficult to make a living wage. The company took most of the medicare reimbursement and did not always value the contributions of the psychotherapist because the reimbursement levels were much lower than that of physical health payment codes. No real path for advancement.
