Pretty much a typical corporate America job. Would be a good fit for anyone who dreams of climbing the corporate ladder and joining the rat race. The pay is not really great, but enough to keep you from looking for other jobs. By far the best part is being able to work from home. Benefits aren't too bad either. You get a lot of holidays but it's not even worth it taking them because of the crazy amount of work you come back to.
Cons
Everyone is overworked, stressed out, and impatient

flexible schedule, gas card, insurance, patients are endearing to work with, very rewarding work
Cons
The facility assignments were not consistent in volume, making it difficult to make a living wage. The company took most of the medicare reimbursement and did not always value the contributions of the psychotherapist because the reimbursement levels were much lower than that of physical health payment codes. No real path for advancement.
