I can't really think of any. They're always adding more benefits and finding ways to keep people connected. Also, I love the hybrid office/WFH balance.

It's a good job to start out when getting out of college. 8 weeks of training, a Collaborative team, and good benefits. A lot of groups get-togethers and hands-on team meetings.

High pressure to be perfect in a role and doesn't allow you to show personalization in communication with clients. Have to fit a mold of what they believe is professional and building relationships when there are various ways to show professionalism and still be able to use exclamation points or personality in emails or phone calls. High turnover, typically people are let go out of nowhere or last at tops a few years. Limited growth opportunities.
