Management genuinely cares for the wellbeing of employees, excellent time off schedule, and 100% remote is always great. Good people to work with, too.
Cons
Hard to say. The benefits aside from what's listed as Pros are somewhat lackluster, but that's more economic circumstances than an unwillingness from the top to adequately compensate employees.
