      - Very flexible - Friendly community, great people - Good benefits with great healthcare - Unlimited home office, with a possibility to go in the office - Goods / snacks in the office

      Cons

      - Salary is below the market average - Project without clear future - Sadly it's probably a declining company - Company without clear future (Acquisition in progress with a private equity firm)

      The only con is the surprise Company-wide layoffs that ended my employment with them.

      Pros

      So I will say the product itself is cool, and varied with strong tie ins.

      Cons

      Please believe the reviews. This place is an absolute mess. Product goes down quite a bit, nothing works the way they say it will. There is 0 culture here. I made a terrible error coming here. I thought my experience would be different than the reviews.
