Pros

The hours were okay, and 2 week cash payment for trial. Besides that no other pros ! All cons !!!

Cons

This company hires you for a “2 week trial period” in which they work you like a dog, with little to no training, and expect you to learn how to become a technical support agent just by repeating what they tell you verbatim. The calls are all over the place, if you don’t know anything about industrial freezers and fridges and how they work, then how can you be a technical support agent ? And to top it off, they expect you to be friendly and organized with tons of calls that a receptionist transfers you. I’ve never worked at a company that hires you and then puts you on payroll (or not) after two weeks. The only thing I enjoyed about it was my 2 weeks cash paycheck.

Pros

The coworkers are cool and lots of beautiful women working here.

Cons

Its a total waste of time. After studying for sleepless nights learning hard material about refrigeration, trouble shooting, wiring diagrams, how the warranty works etc etc etc. Believe me its A LOT of mental work you think its impossible to learn everything they feed you in training. After you concour the impossible your put on phone calls which is really easy. Then they teach you how to use all thier programs. After your two weeks training they promise to put you on they're payroll with a pay bump. To my suprise before clocking out I was called for a meeting and told I was fired. When I asked why, they said they couldn't tell me!!! Wow. Even after everyone gave me complements about how well I was doing. I could not believe they wasted my time. At least let me know why I am being let go. My only thoughts for this was either they hire people and let them go to avoid putting them on payroll, or the other person that was getting trained for the same position was offered a lower pay than mine.
