Pros
- Pay wage is reasonable for Marketing. - Location of factory and Bangkok office is very convenience.
Cons
- No career vision shared for employee, you never know how you can progress your career here. - No provident fund, retirement fund, enough insurance for employee. - Company is focusing on rules to control Thai employees for example no WIFI using for Thai people. If they have customer visiting or urgent meeting. They need to use self-paid internet to work !! - They rules factory worker by fear, the fear of doing something your boss may not like many based on unreasonable rules or preferences more than logical reason. - Low technology. still using coal to create energy but call themselves a sustainable company ?
