Pros
Some of the people in the office were very nice and appreciative of your hard work.
Cons
High turn over... tend to higher a younger crowd because they can always fill the position. Strict work schedule, the AM's in the office are treated and appreciated better than the recruiters (in office contests, gift cards, shoes etc and the recruiters never get any incentives), METRICS- all this company cares about is phone calls.. if you find success/candidates in other avenues you'll still be hounded about your call numbers, not a ton of room for growth.. and TERRIBLE base pay/commission structure (oh and the AM's have a higher commission percentage/base pay). No ability to work from home (only the AM's have access to that as well.)
