High turnover rates. People leave and get fired constantly so they always have new people coming in. Once you are trained they expect you to train new people who are coming in two weeks after you. There are no benefits or PTO. The only insurance they offer is expensive and doesn't cover much.
After a year of working full time you are supposed to qualify for benefits and they said I did not qualify for them even though I had some of the best stats on my team because I had to temporarily go to 32 hours instead of 40, which they did not consider full time.
