Pros
If you are interested in getting paid a semi decent salary for not much work this is the place to work. The work was decently interesting.
Cons
Only a few of the team members would end up doing all the work. No visibility on how to move upwards in the company or even how to succeed as an employee. You receive your assignment and you complete it, thats it. Little flexibility for moving around during work from home.
