Pros

Flexible PTO and hours, good for gaining experience with full life cycle recruiting, team building events, great training at the start.

Cons

Low pay (a few top earners will make a lot of money, majority of people make 35-55K, a lot of people stick it out on the hopes that they’ll get rich there, in reality few will make it that far), metrics based, high turnover, fratty vibe, hybrid model. After a year with Apex, I was able to land a great job with a Fortune 500 company, with much less stressful day-to-day responsibilities and significantly higher pay (and not constantly worried about the next paycheck). Get in and get out if you’re wise!

fair salary and communication up to my first day

Cons

sometimes communication between agency and government is unclear, but I think that's more the government side than apex's doing
