Cons
Not very good. Had I known this was going to be such a waste of time I wouldn't have wasted my best reference's time either. Hardly took in my portfolio as I was rushed by the reviewer for the next poor sap to come in and do the same. Reviewer didn't appear to listen and seemed less knowledgable as other staffing agencies. Not sure how this place can advocate for a candidate when you have little understanding of their capabilities. Isn't that what YOUR clients are paying you for? As a staffing agency, they take their cut. Always better to go direct. Cheaper for the desired company and possibly more $$ in your paycheck. I don't see the benefits of working with them. There are better creative staffing agencies in town.
