Pros
They have great technology that was developed in house with the input of actual recruiters. The environment is very social with an emphasis on fun. Great corporate events such as quarterly awards banquets, a summer beach party and holiday parties.
Cons
Recently went through a growth spurt that drastically changed some aspects of the work. Almost a shark tank with people stealing each other's clients. Lots of young new hires that wash out quickly.
