Pros

- remote work - top 5% do very well financially ~ good training program for new hires

Cons

Other reviews are spot on. Your success and job satisfaction will be highly dependent on your Manager. My Manager has worked around 20 hours/week on average since I started and isn’t a top performer. There have been a few Recruiters before me work under my Manager and they were all gone around 6 months or less mark. My Manager has billed more through my clients then vice versa and recently threatened to take away my clients that I sourced and closed. Not sure how this is going to play out but have lost motivation and feel ready for a change. Some Managers are very good and spend the time helping their recruiters ramp up and split jobs from their clients they've already billed with. My rating would be 4 stars if I had joined one of their teams instead. Make sure to vet out your manager if joining and ask to prove churn rate and how many recruiters on their team have been promoted. The tools provided to prospect are the worst I’ve ever worked with. I removed a star from rating due to this. No zoom info or paid access to a similar tools and all emails in database are typically already in campaigns. On top of this LinkedIn Inmails allocation has been reduced. Job market is brutal and wouldn’t recommend joining unless you properly vet out your potential manager or are bringing over a book of business. Overall, I’ve learned a lot and am grateful to CyberCoders for the opportunity and skills I’ve developed. It’s a great place to cut your teeth in Recruiting despite the negatives I’ve outlined here.
