Pros
- They pay for your certification
- Great entry point to Workday
- Great people and supportive
- Remote / Work from Home
Cons
- Extremely high workload
- High turnover
- Little effort on retaining top talent
- Salary is WAY below market range, this isn't a secret by the way
- Perks have been slashed post acquisition
- Benefits are not what they used to be. You're paying more out of pocket
- You can bill more hours for a higher bonus, but at a cost to your mental health. Good for some, but not the majority.
- High Stress
- Poor work/ life balance, you're always "on"
- culture is about "surviving" not always about mastering
- Huge knowledge gaps across functional areas, + processes. Internal committees (bless their efforts) have helped address this. But that should tell you everything you need to know. It's volunteers who see the need to change, not leadership.
- people who join, aren't here for a long time, and news flash they aren't in for a good time either
- some interesting politics during review cycles
