      Great engineering teams around me. Discussions within team and across teams are professional, friendly, and meaningful. Team leaders show appreciation and trust to members.

      Cons

      Integration with Everfox wasn't great from my experience, but hard to blame anyone.

      Pros

      The people are awesome, the leadership is great it's just an overall fantastic company to work for. The company also tries very hard to find you a position should your contract cease to exist.

      Cons

      There are positions that are reliant on contracts. These may disappear from time to time.

      Great work life balance. Supportive culture. Coworkers with a lot of experience. Most employees have been with the company for an incredibly long time.

      Cons

      An aging workforce that struggles to adapt to new technologies. Pay is on the lower end.
