Pros

-Better pay for Non - high education level grads. - Pantry got free flow snacks untill out of stock

Cons

-24/7. Literally waking up at 2-3AM to attend to work issues. Worst of all, next working day still have to report to office at 0830 SHARP. Not flexible at all. - Toxic management and colleagues. Will gossip and backstab you in their own private chat. Guide you once and expect you to remember and will shoot you if you ask again or say things like “forget already ah?” - Manager is delusional and stubborn. Not open and not willing to changes despite asking for suggestions. - Upper management will side their management staffs and not accept feedback despite the high turnover rate in the department.

It is a first rate world class company. It is a Global conglomerate that feels like a family business at times. Although International pressures have forced the company to make drastic cuts at times, it still has a surprisingly high retention record

Cons

The cons can also be more pros. It is a fast paced multinational company that never sleeps. For some this can be a Con for those that like a challenge and a fast pace and its rewards, it can be a substantial positive point.
