High ups that talk crap about others, degrading others to their face, just all around junk people. (There are a couple high up that are actually decent and they just take the abuse). Expected to do 47742 jobs in 3 days or get ridiculed. Have to let them know every single move you make while they just sit and have no idea what this job entails. Want you to do out of code work and just be OK with it. Try to make you sign paperwork that's illegal (it's a federally protected right to talk about wages, and no document can or will supercede this). You'll sign a contract saying what you do and don't get but it'll just change on a whim and hope you don't say anything
