      Pros

      Working at C3 has provided me growth and new skill sets I will take with me throughout my work life. Having leaders who mentor and guide has made this an invaluable experience. I have been given opportunities to career path and grow a team.

      Cons

      While some may find change as a con, I have been given the opportunity to grow my skills in flexibility. With new opportunities I have had to learn new ways to be efficient.

      None at all. Everything was lies.

      Cons

      Strung me along an entire month before sending rejection email 3 days before starting. Still sending confirmation emails even after rejection. Background check goes back 25YEARS!!
