Really calm work environment with lots of good communication and honest feedback. If you tend to take charge of your own projects, there is always plenty to do and the sky's the limit in terms of creativity and complexity. Plenty of ways to flex your creative muscles from Photoshop to Illustrator to After Effects, too, so long as you are willing to put in the work. I highly recommend this internship to any design/animation/arts intern who wants to gain experience across the board.
