Pros

Challenging work - I am never, ever bored and it is encouraged to get involved in the things you love. Flexible work arrangements - totally embrace every individual's family dynamic & commitments and have a very flexible approach to returning to work from maternity/parental leave. As the team is distributed, employees can also optimise their own work schedules, starting early, finishing early etc. Trusting managers - for the most part any manager I have had is always open to new ways of working and giving everything a go (within reason!) Encouraged to use your initiative and challenge the status quo Compensation is competitive and the benefits

Cons

It is a scale-up and a distributed team, so at times your head can be in a bit of a spin. Maybe not necessarily a con, but something to be prepared for. There is a lot of work done to help new joiners through this though.

Pros

Work on world-changing projects using cutting edge technology with really smart people. Big vision, amazing clients, opportunity to really get your hands dirty. Clever, humble, friendly colleagues. Big expectations test your ability to deliver and means you grow professionally. High trust and flexibility to get results when & how you best can. A lot of care & support was offered during Covid.

Cons

Business is at a stage that needs a lot of hard work, but recent org changes have significantly improved how work gets done across timezones.

Pros

Great people at the working level

Cons

Leaders had very little consistent direction and CEO tended to float to various different trends without focus on the deliverables.
