We know that 2021 was a challenging year, particularly in integrating four companies, diversifying our product lines, and responding to the complexities of COVID-19 and new economic conditions.
Supporting our executive leadership - helping them balance many conflicting priorities - can be a challenge, and in 2022 our leadership team is committed to investing in our teams and returning to a reasonable pace of work. We strive to create a work environment that balances (and encourages) employee life-work balance with meeting ambitious goals.
Regarding our compensation philosophy, our total rewards team performs organization-wide reviews of market wages regularly and benefits annually. We recently introduced bonus plans for all employees, as well as performance or market-based adjustments for the majority of our workforce during the most recent performance cycle. We also expanded our employee benefits program this year, adding additional health and wellness opportunities for Everlys.
