Pros
I’m at a loss for words
Cons
The favoritism was nothing I had ever seen. One minute someone would be on the chopping block, only for a different manager to take over and dote on that employee making it extremely uncomfortable for the team. It was hard to know who to trust and if “leadership”’truly cared about the company and its employees or just themselves. There is also a constant push-and-pull between the consumer and enterprise sides of the company. The one-sided knowledge among the c-suite makes for poor operating decisions and even disrespectful conversations. Lastly, if you’re looking for a company that really makes a social impact, you’re better off somewhere else. The products are not solutions, they are simply products. Clinical team members will tell you otherwise because they have zero experience in population health and think that a few positive user testimonials are what makes the company unique and solution oriented.
