      - Provides great training for new engineers - Staff house was provided for engineers/architects on site - Car service was provided to certain employees based on performance and length of stay - You will handle multiple roles on site which you will learn a lot from - Great co-workers which you will learn a lot from - Salary increase in based on performance

      - low compensation and no yearly increase on some employees
