Great people that are fun and supportive to work with. Very open environment with nice accommodations like lunch on Fridays and relaxed rules such as the ability to work from home if needed and flexible hours.

There were no cons that I had while there.

Providing a product that is helpful to people (future planning), opportunity to work on new tech, support from coworkers and staff.

Large workload, wear many hats (not so much of a con as expected for small startups)
