The gap between Everway’s external story and internal reality is significant. Ongoing M&A without proper integration has left the organisation fragmented, with broken systems, unclear processes, and no consistent way of working. Strategy changes frequently, and there is little sense of a joined-up plan. Leadership instability, including the absence of a permanent CEO, has resulted in unclear direction and accountability.
