* Great work life balance * Leadership open to suggestions * Fast paced, new techs to explore, opportunity to work with different teams / modules.
Cons
* Organization has grown, but with that leadership still needs to catch up * Lot of stuff is required to be done from scratch, which sometimes can be tiring (cause: missing leaders with expertise in those domains)
